Great selection of hair and other products at really reasonable prices :) glad they’re around!

I've always come here and recommended my friends, however from today, this will be the last time I purchase items here. I purchased human hair and when I arrived home and was using this to braid someone's hair, started noticing that the hairs were not 18 inches long and the hair became matted as I separated it. I went back to report this amd was informed that since the package was opened and used, there was no return or exchange accepted. I told the person that this is a quality issue and they are selling items not as advertised which is so wrong, as you all know human hair ain't cheap. She measures the hair and for sure only a few of the strands are 18 inches, i even showed her how matted it was at the top and the short hair strands under 12 inches. So here she is tells me the only option is to complain to sensationnel directly who i have contacted, but obviously tell you to wait 5-10 days for a response..and i bet will give me a run around, then she proceeds to say that she can only offer 10 percent discount to purchase another packet while am having issues with the quality of their products. .ridiculous customer service..definitely will avoid this store. All they care about is making money off people, not concerned about the quality of their products. Please avoid the sensationnel human hair brand otherwise named Empire.. Update: Guess what, as I previously suspected Sensationnel state they can't return or exchange products as they are a wholesale company! These people are thieves! Avoid this store and this brand!

Good evening Google Family. I have visited this location of Icon Beauty before. I am amazed that Google did not prompt me for a review. There is a Planet Fitness next door. I have been trying to get to a beauty supply store for awhile. I wanted some more head scarfs. Since I am always in New Jersey and they do not have any beauty supply stores there. I went to Sephora and to Ulta in Deptford, NJ but no head scarfs there. So I always have to patronize a beauty supply store in Pennsylvania to get what I desire. I found exactly what I was looking for when I arrived. I went right to the section. I was very happy because I finally found what I wanted. I bought more colors today. One red, blue, pink, white and beige. I have outfits that I wear and I would like to be color coordinated. My total today was $26.45. I paid by cash since I had withdrawn some money out of the ATM. I received my receipt and then I left. Now I cannot find my receipt since I am home. Lol!!! I had a good experience here and I would return. I liked the format and set up of the beauty supply store, plus I love the area. Good night Google Family, don't forget to workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!! Each scarf was $4.99.

Love this hair store , in a close proximity for anyone looking for a quick run to the hair store . Reasonable prices great quality hair and Polite customer service. Definitely clean inside ! Overall a 5 star for me .

Why have a store if you’re going to stereotype, follow and annoy your customers? I never understand these kinds of stores. The Customer Service here is one of the reasons why people decide to shop online. Shameful practices and the prices are high for hair and clothes that you can buy cheaper online. Joke business. Wouldnt recommend.
